We really need to work that one out quickly – We and I was one of the first – yes I was – to suggest that we needed to get our SMEs to be part of the conversation. We, marketers, can enable for the conversation to take place, but clearly the real value add to the conversation will come from our eminence, our SMEs.
But how do we enable those SMEs and more importantly how do we motivate them “What really Motivates People to Be Highly Engaged in a Community?” It’s highly pyschologica, so why so difficult to understand
Having an idea of what drives the most active participants in a community is critical to keep the liveliness of the community.
Only 1% of the users of Social Media, actively contribute for content creation; then, isn’t it important to know what motivates this 1%? If you know the factors driving these people, you can intensify the existence of such factors, and hence increase the level of participation.
